1. Program Description

GovRadar (operated by RNKD LLC) offers an SMS alert service that notifies subscribers of new government contract opportunities matching their selected criteria. By opting in, you will receive automated recurring text messages containing contract lead alerts, account notifications, and related updates.

2. Opt-In & Consent

You opt in to receive SMS messages from GovRadar when you:

• Provide your mobile phone number during account creation on govradarapp.com and check the consent checkbox agreeing to receive recurring automated SMS alerts.
• Verify your phone number by entering the one-time verification code sent to your device.

By completing the sign-up process, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from GovRadar at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase, although an active subscription is required to receive contract lead alerts.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the volume of new government contract opportunities in your selected state(s) and niche. You may receive multiple messages per week. Frequency depends on lead volume in your area.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. GovRadar does not charge a fee for sending SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message you receive from GovRadar. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
• Account settings: Disabling SMS notifications in your GovRadar dashboard under Settings.

After opting out, you may opt back in at any time by replying START or re-enabling SMS notifications in your account settings.

7. Supported Carriers

GovRadar SMS alerts are available on all major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver GovRadar service messages. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
