By accessing or using GovRadar (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GovRadar provides automated alerts for government contract solicitations.
- Not a Government Agency: GovRadar is a private entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a part of any local, state, or federal government agency.
- Data Accuracy: We scrape data from public sources. We cannot guarantee that the data is error-free, complete, or up-to-date. You are responsible for verifying all details directly with the issuing government agency before bidding.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Free Trial: We may offer a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged.
- Subscription Fee: The Service is billed at $99/month.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services.
4. SMS Messaging Terms
By creating an account, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages to the phone number provided.
- Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on lead volume in your selected area.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
5. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, GovRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities resulting from your use of the Service.
- Cap on Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the last month.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, scrape our data, or use the Service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
